Taco Boy's sells you the food. They are responsible for what is in it, how it is prepared and stored, whether it is safe to eat, whether it matches what was described, allergen information, licensing, and getting it to you. Every question about an order goes to them.

Aider Tech Solutions LLC provides the software that takes the order and passes it to their kitchen. We do not cook, handle, inspect or deliver anything, and we do not choose the prices, the menu or the ingredients.

Menu descriptions come from Taco Boy's and can be incomplete or out of date. Food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens are present and cross-contact is possible. If you have an allergy or intolerance, contact Taco Boy's directly before ordering and rely on what they tell you, not on what this app displays.

Prices, availability and preparation times are those shown when you order. An order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when Taco Boy's begins preparing it.

Taco Boy's may refuse or cancel an order — something has sold out, the kitchen is closing, an address is outside their range — and will refund anything already paid for an order they cancel.

Quoted times are estimates. Kitchens get busy and traffic happens.

Card payments are processed by Stripe and are paid directly to Taco Boy's's own account. Aider Tech Solutions LLC does not receive, hold or handle your money at any point.

Your card details are entered into a form hosted by Stripe and go straight to them. They never reach our servers, and we cannot see or store them.

Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are between you and Taco Boy's. Ask them first — a refund is usually faster than a bank dispute.

Points have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and can only be redeemed at Taco Boy's.

Points are earned on the food you pay for. Tax, delivery fees and items claimed as rewards do not earn points. Points expire after a period of inactivity, shown on the rewards screen.

Points are earned on orders placed in this app. An order taken at the counter does not earn them.

Taco Boy's may change or end the programme at any time. Points already earned stay redeemable for a reasonable period after any such notice. Points may be removed if they were obtained by error, fraud or abuse, and a refunded order has its points reversed in proportion.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell Taco Boy's promptly if you think someone else is using it.

A phone number identifies you so your points accrue, but on its own it does not sign you in to someone else's account.

Do not use the app to break the law, to interfere with it or with anyone else's use of it, to place orders you do not intend to pay for or collect, or to extract data from it automatically.Taco Boy's may close an account used that way.

The software is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors — no software is.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Aider Tech Solutions LLC is not liable for the food itself or for anything arising from it, for losses that were not a foreseeable result of a failure in the software, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may have rights under consumer protection law that these terms cannot reduce. Where any part of these terms conflicts with those rights, those rights win and the rest of the terms continue to apply.

These terms may change. The date at the top says when the current version took effect, and the version in force when you placed an order is the one that governs it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without displacing any mandatory consumer protection law of the place where you live.

If something goes wrong, tell Taco Boy's first — nearly everything is settled that way. For anything concerning the software rather than the order, write to us at contact@aidertechs.com.
